1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Vu Alexey Dinevich, an individual entrepreneur, address: 25 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Hang Bai Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, Vietnam, email hi@influencehub.ae ("Influence Hub", "we", "us", "our").
2. What Influence Hub does
Influence Hub is an intermediary service that connects local food content creators ("Creators") with restaurants, cafés and similar venues ("Venues"). We help source Creators, coordinate and schedule visits, and provide reporting. We are not an employer of Creators, not a party to any content produced, and we do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome, reach, footfall or revenue.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
4. Registration and information
When you submit a form or register as a Venue or Creator, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the information you submit. We may decline, suspend or end participation at our discretion, for example where information is inaccurate or these Terms are breached.
5. Fees and payments
Prices shown on the website are indicative starting points and may vary by scope, location and the number of venues. Any fees, billing cycle, trial terms and payment method for a specific engagement are agreed separately in writing before the engagement begins. Unless agreed otherwise, Creator fees are arranged by us. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
6. Creators
Creators participate voluntarily and remain independent. Creators are responsible for the content they publish, for disclosing partnerships as required by applicable advertising rules, and for complying with the terms and house rules of each Venue they visit. We may remove a Creator from the programme where terms are not met.
7. Venues
Venues are responsible for hosting agreed visits, providing what was agreed in the brief, and treating Creators fairly and safely. Reach figures, visit counts and examples shown on the website or in reports are illustrative and are not a promise of results.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: providing false information; attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website; using the Service for unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent purposes; harvesting others' personal data; or infringing the rights of any person. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.
9. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text and logo are owned by or licensed to Influence Hub and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from them without our permission. Content created by Creators belongs to the respective Creators, subject to any separate agreement.
10. Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party sites and services (such as social platforms, WhatsApp, Telegram and our form and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will achieve any particular result.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Influence Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Influence Hub from claims, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, or a specific engagement, in accordance with any separate written agreement or where these Terms are breached. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 11, 12 and 13) will survive.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam, unless a different forum is required by mandatory law applicable to you.
