1. Who we are (Data Controller)
The Website and the Service are operated by an individual entrepreneur:
- Vu Alexey Dinevich ("we", "us", "our")
- Address: 25 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Hang Bai Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, Vietnam
- Email: hi@influencehub.ae
We are the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this Policy.
2. What personal data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to give us and a limited amount of technical data needed to run the Website.
a) Data you submit through our forms
When you complete the "Book a demo" form, we collect: the venue name, the country, your name, and your contact details (phone number or messenger handle such as Telegram/WhatsApp). Submitting this form is voluntary and requires your explicit consent via the checkbox on the form.
b) Data you send us directly
If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive the information contained in your message and your contact identifier.
c) Technical and usage data
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect standard technical data such as a truncated (anonymised) IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, referring pages, and the pages you view on the Website. We do not collect this analytics data unless you consent.
We do not intentionally collect any special categories of data (such as data on health, religion or political views), and we do not process payment card data on this Website.
3. Why we use your data and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the Service — so we can contact you about a demo, prepare a proposal and deliver the Service. Legal basis: your consent and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
- To operate and improve the Website (analytics) — to understand traffic and improve content. Legal basis: your consent (given through the cookie banner).
- To comply with law and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary. Legal basis: our legitimate interests and legal obligations.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device. We use:
- Strictly necessary storage — a small entry in your browser's local storage that remembers your cookie choice and your language preference. This is required for the Website to function and does not track you.
- Analytics cookies (optional) — set by Google Analytics only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. They help us count visits and see which pages are useful. If you click "Decline", no analytics cookies are set.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site, which will make the cookie banner appear again. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Website and the Service, acting as our processors or independent controllers:
- Formspree, Inc. — processes and delivers the "Book a demo" form submissions to us. See Formspree's privacy policy for details.
- Google (Google Analytics), Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. — provides website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages) — hosts the Website and processes server logs necessary to serve pages securely.
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. International transfers
We operate from Vietnam and our providers may store and process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on our providers' safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses and equivalent measures) to protect it.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep form submissions and correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and provide the Service, and thereafter for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes — generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out); and request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hi@influencehub.ae. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
9. Data security
The Website is served over HTTPS. We and our providers apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Website and Service are intended for business owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be reflected by updating that date.
12. Contact
For any question about this Policy or your personal data, contact us at hi@influencehub.ae or by post at the address in Section 1.
